Last year as I was pondering what in the world I wanted to do with my future and what God wanted me to do with my future, I realized that I wanted to start a cafe. I began researching all the steps that need to be taken prior to beginning a cafe. That is when I realized that I needed to go to Culinary Arts school.
In October I will begin my culinary excursion and hopefully learn many useful cooking skills. I plan on proving that you do not need to get fat to go through Culinary School. This blog is going to contain any exciting things I learn or any exciting recipes I create. I love food, and I am almost always in the mood to bake something new........just..not always in the mood for cooking something......So as you can see, it is going to be a challenge not to get fat...but alas! I will do it!
